Order tracking

You can check the delivery status of your order at any time either on shopsmart.pk or via your Dispatch Notification email (only, if the Merchant Partner has added tracking information.)

1- How to track your order with shopsmart

  • Sign in to your shopsmart.pk account.
  • Click the Your Account icon.
  • Click on Orders.
  • Find your order. 
  • You’ll see the delivery status within your order:

The various dispatch status levels are as follows:

  • Not Dispatched: The Merchant Partner hasn’t dispatched the order yet or the order hasn't been updated on Shopsmart.
  • Dispatched: The Merchant Partner  marked the order as dispatched.
  • In Transit: The Merchant Partner has added a tracking number and the package has left the delivery facility.
  • Track package: If the Merchant Partner added a tracking number, you’ll see Track Package. Click Track Package to see more tracking updates.

You can also see delivery information in the Dispatch Notification emails for your order. 

  • Click Track Package in the email notification to view the status of your delivery.

2 - Why wasn't tracking information provided for my order?

Not all delivery methods include tracking information. In such cases where tracking information isn't available, please contact the Merchant Partner to see if they have tracking information for your order.

3 - Track your order without a shopsmart account

If you purchased using guest checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has dispatched. If the Merchant Partner has included a tracking number, you can click Track your package at the top of the email.
